We get asked often about where are there any 5BX and XBX plans. The Department of National Defence (DND) Canada [Copyright Holders] , has researched and concluded the possible dangerous nature of the 5BX and XBX Plan for Physical Fitness and so it is unlikely that any plans could be now sourced (Ebay maybe?). This is the reason we are creating The Goodbye Couch Fitness program, inspired by 5BX. To be advised when the program is available please join our mailing list on the front page. Please note that the first release will be available worldwide except for residents and citizens of the territories and protectorates of the United States or
Canada insurance related. We are looking at a couple of options re USA and Canada.
