The 5BX fitness program has many friends including me, however, the fitness industry has labeled some of the exercises unsafe.
Consequently James Christie (a fitness trainer) and myself, in consulation with a Physiotherapist are creating an illustrated and charted exercise plan that stays true to the 5BX principle:"Spend 15 minutes a day, at least three days a week, repeating five simple exercises and you'll get fit."

This gym free plan will be in a very handy, portable set of 5 PocketCards (1 per level : exercise diagrams/progress chart/descriptions) and supporting booklet. Suitable for both men and women. Proposed design. Planned release end January 2010.

Welcome to Getting Fit Again!How many of have us have started a home fitness program or gym schedule only to give up and go back to a generally, unhealthy lifestyle.
I woke up one day and said this has to change. I decided I did not want to hear a doctor say "You could have avoided this medical condition had you stopped living your sedentary lifestyle."
5BX >> more Developed and once used by the Royal Canadian Air Force (more than 25 years ago). Widely used from lates 1950's 1950 to late 1980's, it still has a loyal following.
